How do I install or use the documentation CD?

The AnswerBook documentation CD that comes with Solaris is is very useful.
To use it with Solaris 7, you have to run the Answer Book 2 Server cd.
To do this, run the ab2cd script on the CD as root. For example:
cd /cdrom/sol_7_doc/; ./ab2cd
Then open your browser and enter the URL
http://localhost:8888/
