Solaris doesn't recognize all of my large (>40GB) ATAPI. For example, a 60GB disk shows up as only 28GB.

Apply patch 110202-01 from
http://SunSolve.Sun.COM/
which fixes bug4353406 for Solaris 8.
For Solaris 7, you can modify a patch by
creating a directory called SOL_27 and duplicate the files and
directories contained in SOL_28.
