How do I change the keyboard type (e.g. from UK to German or vice versa) after HP-UX is already installed?

To change the keyboard type only until the next system reboot, execute
the
following commands as root:

# /sbin/itemap -i -L

To persist the new keyboard type setting across system reboots, execute
the
following commands as root:

# rm /etc/kbdlang
# /sbin/itemap -i -L -w /etc/kbdlang

In either case, you will be prompted for the keyboard type, as you were
during the OS installation.
