How do I determine the speed and duplexity of my network interface?

Use the lanadmin(1M) tool as follows:

# echo "lan display quit" | lanadmin

The "Description" line shows the duplexity, if the network interface
supports something other than half duplex. The "Speed" line shows the
speed in bits per second (bps).
