Yes, starting with version 3.0 you can use BSDI's doscmd DOS emulation which has been integrated and enhanced. Send mail to the FreeBSD-emulation mailing list < freebsd-emulation@FreeBSD.org> if you are interested in joining this ongoing effort!

For pre-3.0 systems, there is a neat utility called pcemu in the ports collection which emulates an 8088 and enough BIOS services to run DOS text mode applications. It requires the X Window System (provided as XFree86).
